“I think fashion is a lot of fun. I love clothes. More than fashion or brand labels, I love design. I love the thought that people put into clothes. I love when clothes make cultural statements and I think personal style is really cool. I also freely recognize that fashion should be a hobby.”Anne Hathaway. These gentlemen absolutely observed these rules in their outfits. The gents’ corner was a must view.
Let’s take this hobby to another level and scout the gentlemen who stepped up their game this year at the graduation ceremonies. Don’t we all love a man in a thin tie/ styled up black or brown shoes/ grey or black suit/ well tailored and unique suit/ body hogging suit that brings out their muscular and sassy body shape/ glasses that make their eyes pop?….Guess the list doesn’t end.

Mr Darrol Drabile, wanted to make a statement 💪 for the Accounting Science students. This chocolate boy went for an all black very detailed suit. The buttoned design of his coat distinguished his black suit form the rest. The touch of gold on his tie & pocket square spoke of this golden Ugandan gentleman & his golden moment. What else would seal the deal better than the BROWNshoes👞👞 that communicated with the gold accessories he had on🙌👌; trust me, you can never go wrong with brown as it’s that gold colour that isn’t shiny. So gentlemen, get that colour and design of shoes that will make you look all dapper😍😍!
It is so amazing how his primarily beige suit was perfect👌👌, yet Mr Boipelo Khenisa didnt realise the immense impact he left on his fellow graduates, not to mention Akura. Boi’s thinblack tie made his outfit look absolutely stunning😁😉. His round necked half coat made his body and face command authority😍😍. The half coat’s colour and design spoke in unison with the pants as well as his suit’s jacket. The beigecheckered (mixed with a bit of grey) jacket and plain beige pants was the distinguishing factor on this dapper gentleman. The best option to this suit was an absolute black pair of monk shoes, which he passionately says he wanted. Boi absolutely delivered and ensured his graduation was a day to remember; certainly for the ladies🤗🤗.
It was an absolute pleasure seeing Mr Tlotliso not disappoint on this day; I must admit that after being in the same class with him for 4 years, I expected nothing less. His grey suit choice made me realise that engineers can also dress unlike what other students think. Yes😄, yes😄, yes😄 to the thin dotted tie this handsome man had on. His pants were just the right length leaving just the right👌 amount of his socks’ details to the observer. The black tinted tip of his brown shoes gave me that look that makes him a boyfriend material to those of us who judge a man by his shoes😜😜.
A man in a turtleneck😍😍😋😊 with a suit; mmmmhhhhh💕💕. Absolutely no words but love❤. Mr. Songo Ndungane is an absolute stunner. This Civil Engineer has turned heads on campus daily for 4 years. He absolutely brought the gents’ graduation attires to another level👍. The olive lapel pin (flower) on the coat, navy blue (with red flowered patterns & money clip) pocket square & dark brown shoes gave his charcoalsuit the completion it required😆😆. The choice of his happy socks did not disappoint at all. This was an excellently executed outfit.
These gentlemen made me raid their closets. I hope they give you ladies an idea of how your men should dress when they need to attend that awesome ceremony with you. Just remember:
